Chris Popp is one of the best brokers we ever had the pleasure of using for the sale of our home. He is very humble so I going to brag on him a bit because he so deserves it! Chris shows up for all kinds of things that most brokers don't. He met the photographer as our house to make sure the pictures were exactly what he wanted for selling. He did open houses and many things behind the scenes that he just thinks is "normal". Let me tell you that's not the case in most instances. He is stellar and always ready to answer questions or concerns...really a true partner to sell your home. He truly shines guiding you through everything so you're not alone but most of all are his negotiating skills!! We were pleasantly surprised how great he is at it!. We have NEVER had a broker like Chris and were thrilled to pieces that he was so completely attentive to every detail so we didn't have to handle it. Chris makes you feel like you're his only client (he's very busy) but never rushes you and takes time to listen and always available! If we have any other dealings in real estate, Chris would definitely be our guy!

My home search was complicated by timely that was less than ideal for me and during a very hot sellers' market. Chris did an amazing job of handling the stress of deals falling apart and a prolonged search. None of the issue we ran into stemmed from Chris, on the contrary he was great at keeping the search fun and lighthearted as I was up against a hard move out date. The one thing I will miss about my search is not being able to go through homes with Chris and talk about ideas and possibilities for each one. I can not emphasis enough how much easier Chris made the particular difficulties that my search brought about.

I met Chris at an open house I went to and we instantly clicked. CHRIS POPP, FOLKS!!! This is the type of guy you want to work with, and I'm not easy to please. As a first time homebuyer, I knew nothing. Less than nothing about, well, anything regarding the process. This guy was with me every step of the way. When I didn't understand, he explained things to me slowly and without the condescending attitude or rush to get off the call that too many others in this industry have. When I got frustrated, he kept me calm and talked me off the ledge. He shot me straight the whole way and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind as opposed to seeing me as just some future paycheck. I felt comfortable the entire time. If I pushed him for answers, he did we he said and circled back with feedback. He understood this is the biggest purchase of my entire life and, therefore, a big moment that should be treated as such. I really can't say enough nice things about him. I wish anyone out there looking to have an experience like I had and someone like Chris holding their hand thru it.
